We work together over two or three one-hour working sessions.

During these sessions, we:

• Shape a concrete service offering you can confidently sell

• Establish simple operational foundations so you’re not guessing as you go

Skusonaut is advisory and execution-support focused.

I don’t:

• Take officer or director roles

• Manage your employees or contractors

• Act as an outsourced service provider or managed services firm

• Handle your systems, data, or infrastructure

There’s no retainer, no operational control, and no ongoing dependency. You leave with clarity, structure, and next steps you own.
